Shipping Policy

UNIQORNIA is operated by Davids Mitrevics, a sole trader based in Latvia, European Union. All products are produced on demand and fulfilled by our partner Printful, who ships orders directly to you from a facility located in your region. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. How Our Shipping Works
UNIQORNIA does not hold stock. Every product is individually made to order at the time of purchase by Printful, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. This means your order goes through two stages before it reaches you:
- Production: Your item is printed, checked and packaged. This takes 2–7 business days for most products.
- Shipping: Your item is handed to a carrier and delivered to your address. Delivery time depends on your location.
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
2. Production Time
Production time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the delivery estimates below.

During peak periods (November–January and around major holidays), production times may be longer. We will communicate any significant delays by email where possible.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times by Market
All delivery time estimates below begin from the date your order leaves the fulfilment facility, after production is complete. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your exact location, carrier workload and external factors outside our control.
European Union (including Latvia)

4. Multi-Item Orders and Split Shipments
If your order contains products from different categories (for example, a T-shirt and a framed poster), they may be fulfilled at different Printful facilities and shipped as separate packages. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply to each separate shipment.
We recommend placing separate orders if you need items from very different product categories and want to avoid potential split shipments.
5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
UNIQORNIA ships only to the following markets: the European Union, the United States, Canada and Australia. In all four of these markets, Printful fulfils orders from a local facility within the destination region. This means:
- EU orders are shipped domestically within the EU — no customs or import duties apply.
- US orders are shipped domestically within the USA — no customs or import duties apply.
- Canadian orders are shipped domestically within Canada — no customs or import duties apply.
- Australian orders are shipped domestically within Australia — no customs or import duties apply.
We do not currently ship to any other countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time.
6. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the initial notification.
If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at uniqornia.project@gmail.com with your order number.
7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
Delays: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at uniqornia.project@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take a clear photograph of the damage and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Wrong address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. UNIQORNIA and Printful are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping.
8. Delivery Address Changes
Because production begins immediately after your order is accepted, we may not be able to change your delivery address once an order has been placed. If you need to change your address, please contact us at uniqornia.project@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.
