Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

UNIQORNIA is operated by Davids Mitrevics, a sole trader registered in Latvia, European Union. All products are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and shipped directly to you. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Our Products Are Made to Order

Every UNIQORNIA product is individually produced at the time of purchase. No items are held in stock. Because each product is created specifically in response to your order, certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges, as set out in this policy.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

How to report an issue:

  • Contact us at uniqornia.project@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Include your order number and a clear photograph showing the defect or damage
  • Describe the issue briefly

Upon reviewing your submission, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A free replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

You are not required to return the defective item. Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we will advise you if a return is necessary. Items sent back without prior written authorisation from us will not be processed.

We assess each case individually based on the photographic evidence provided. We reserve the right to request additional information where necessary.


3. Change of Mind Returns

3a. Customers in the European Union

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Contact us at uniqornia.project@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  • State clearly that you wish to withdraw from the contract and include your order number
  • The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective

Once we have confirmed your withdrawal request and received confirmation that the item has been returned in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important — Article 16(c) note: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. If you ordered a product with a custom design upload or personalisation specific to you, the withdrawal right does not apply. Standard UNIQORNIA catalogue designs are subject to the 14-day right as described above.

3b. Customers Outside the European Union (USA, Canada, Australia)

As all UNIQORNIA products are produced on demand specifically for each individual order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference for customers outside the European Union.

We strongly encourage all customers to review the sizing guide on each product page before ordering. If you have any questions about fit or sizing, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are an EU customer exercising your right of withdrawal and wish to receive a different size or item, the correct process is:

  1. Initiate a return under Section 3a above
  2. Once your return is confirmed and your refund is processed, place a new order for the correct item

5. Donations

The Donation product listed in our store represents a direct contribution toward therapy and developmental support services. Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances. By completing a donation purchase, you acknowledge that the payment is a voluntary contribution and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Products with personalised or custom designs uploaded by the customer
  • Sale items and products purchased using discount codes
  • Gift cards
  • Donations

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:

Refund issued by UNIQORNIA Within 10 business days of approval
Refund appears in your account Additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider
