MEET CHARLOTTE
She’s nine. She’s autistic. She’s the reason UNIQORNIA was created.
WHO IS CHARLOTTE ?
Charlotte is nine years old. She lives in Latvia with her dad, Davids, her mom, two sisters, and her little brother. They have two cats and a dog named Bruno.
She loves building with Lego, playing games, watching her favorite shows, and spending time with animals, especially horses.
Charlotte sees the world differently. It's not something to fix. It's something to understand, appreciate, and embrace.
SHE IS DIFFERENT
Charlotte is autistic. That's not a problem to solve, it's simply how her brain works. She experiences the world differently. Textures can feel more intense. Sounds can be overwhelming. Changes in routine can be challenging.
Autism isn't one thing. It's a spectrum, which means every autistic person is unique. Charlotte's autism isn't the same as anyone else's, just like her fingerprint is different from everyone else's.
We use identity-first language here. Charlotte is autistic. It's part of who she is, not something separate she "has." Being autistic shapes how she sees, creates, and connects with the world.
Support US
Every contribution funds therapies that help Charlotte and her brother learn, communicate, and thrive. Here are some real examples of therapy and support costs. Choose what feels right for you. Every euro goes directly to their care:
Where does my money go?
100% of profits go directly to Charlotte's therapies: ABA therapy, speech therapy, equine therapy, swimming lessons, and daily support assistants.
What's the difference between donating and buying a product?
Both support Charlotte! Donations go 100% to her care. Product purchases cover production costs first, then all remaining profit funds her therapies.
Is this a charity or a business?
UNIQORNIA is a family project, not a registered charity. We're a father-daughter business where all profits directly fund Charlotte's autism therapies.
What Charlotte's Family Needs
Therapies aren't about "fixing." They're about giving tools to navigate a world that wasn't designed for them and helping them thrive on their own terms. When Charlotte was diagnosed with autism, we created the Unicorn Factory to fund her therapies. When her brother was diagnosed too, the mission grew, but the heart stayed the same.
ABA Therapy
Applied Behavior Analysis helps develop communication skills, social skills, and daily living skills through structured, positive reinforcement.
Speech Therapy
Helps Charlotte find her voice—whether through words, signs, or alternative communication methods. Communication is more than speaking.
Special education
Special education provides adapted teaching methods, sensory accommodations, and one-on-one support .
Equine Therapy
Charlotte has a special connection with horses. Equine therapy builds confidence, emotional regulation, and sensory integration.
Swimming Lessons
Water provides sensory regulation and physical exercise. Swimming lessons help with coordination, strength, and safety skills.
Special Assistants
Daily support at school and home with helping navigate routines and assisting with getting the therapies.
* Costs vary depending on therapy frequency, provider pricing, and individual needs. Part of the expenses are covered by local government funds.
